Learning & Teaching Tools
The VLE and Lecture Capture are two of the major tools available to teaching staff. Other examples of learning and teaching technologies include:
- Online classrooms with Blackboard Collaborate
- Interactive content with Articulate
- Finding and sharing online materials (BoB, VideoLeeds, etc)
- Assessment - Grademark
The Staff & Departmental Development Unit (SDDU) and the Digital Learning Team are both available to help staff use the learning and teaching technologies available.

Digital Learning Team
The Digital Learning Team produces high quality digital content for the Universitys students and for external audiences worldwide. Their content is hosted on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and the FutureLearn MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) platform, as well as on VideoLeeds and iTunes U.
